فاصله چشم تا كتاب، قوس طبیعی كمر، دمای اتاق، سروصدا و... از مهم‌ترین مواردی است كه در كار خواندن و نوشتن تأثیر دارد.
به طور سنتی، زمان امتحانات مدارس كه نزدیك می‌شود، همه به تكاپو می‌افتند! دانش‌آموزان به دنبال كامل كردن جزوه‌ها، مرور در درس‌های مانده، در صورت نیاز رفتن به كلاس‌های كمكی و... و والدین درصدد فراهم آوردن فضایی مناسب‌تر برای درس خواندن بچه‌ها. اما درس خواندن خود آداب و رسومی دارد. آداب و رسومی كه باعث بالا رفتن كیفیت آن می‌شود و ضمناً، ضامن سلامتی نیز هست. گرچه همه ما كمابیش با آنها آشناییم، اما یادآوری آن، آن هم از دید متخصصان، خالی از لطف نیست. فاصله چشم تا كتاب، قوس طبیعی كمر، دمای اتاق، سروصدا و... از مهم‌ترین مواردی است كه در كار خواندن و نوشتن تأثیر دارد. مطلب حاضر این موارد را از دید پزشكان مورد بررسی قرار داده است.
▪ دماسنج:
دمای ۲۰ درجه را بیشتر كارشناسان، مناسب‌ترین دما برای مطالعه می‌دانند.
▪ ساعت:
پس از آنكه در مكان مطالعه قرار گرفتید، فوراً مطالعه را شروع كنید و به هیچ عنوان وقت را به بهانه انجام كارهای دیگر تلف نكنید.
▪ لباس:
هنگام مطالعه لباس راحت بپوشید. لباسی كه نه زیادی زبر باشد و نه زیادی نرم، نه بسیار گشاد و نه بسیار تنگ.
▪ وضعیت بدن:
بهترین حالت برای مطالعه، حالت نشسته است و بعد از آن حالت ایستاده و بدترین حالت، حالت خوابیده یا درازكش است. مطالعه در حالت‌هایی نظیر درازكش روی شكم، به پشت خوابیدن، در حال راه رفتن، تكیه زدن به دیوار و امثال این‌ها به هیچ وجه توصیه نمی‌شود، چرا كه مطالعه‌كننده در چنین موقعیت‌هایی به سختی می‌تواند تمركز حواس خود را حفظ كند.
▪ كمر:
هنگام مطالعه باید قوس طبیعی ستون فقرات حفظ شود. مطالعه در حالت خمیده به جلو، به ویژه برای یك مدت طولانی، با خطر ایجاد تغییر شكل در ستون فقرات و كمردرد همراه است. نگذارید خم شدن كمر به شكل عادت درآید

Does English songs help you learn English

English songs have been very popular for people around the world for many decades.

From many singers have all been sitting in everyone's heart, even for people who don't speak English.... even for people who speak zero English.

Should you have better English skills if you listen to English songs for a long time? If so, what skills should you improve?
 

From my experiences, some people listen to English songs for 20-30 years but still don't accomplish any good English skills. Some people choose English songs to be the "main learning approach", which most are failed.

Listenning to English songs does not help you to speak English fluently. It does help you gain some vocabularlies but, yet, most of them are unusual ones that you don't use in your everyday life....

Listenning skill is one of the most difficult among all other English learning skill because it gives you the least time for your brain to process.

Speakers never stop and let you understand word by word before moving on to the next sentence.If they do the conversation is going to take a whole day.

Moreover, there are hundreds different English pronunciation around the world. Even people in the same countries who speak the same language have different pronunciation.

It is normal that American people from the north do not fully understand those from the south. The way of life, climate and everything all impact pronunciation.

So, how do you overcome those? How can you understand when people speak English? Well, it is not that difficult....

بغرنج خواهند يافت. در تصور آنها جوانب غيرضروري باعث افزايش كار و زحمت آنها خواهد شد. در اين ميان به نظر مي رسد كه دولت ها نيز طرفدار ترقي و بهبود كيفيت تدريس هستند. به عنوان مثال از طرف دولت انگليس اعلام شده كه قرار است تا سال ???? مبلغ ??? ميليون يورو براي ارتقاي تكنولوژي اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) هزينه شود. در اين ميان مبلغ ?? ميليون يورو صرف تبديل تخته هاي سفيد (وايت بورد)ها به صفحات نمايشي خواهد شد كه مي توانند كامپيوتر، تصوير، صدا، فيلم و لينك هاي اينترنتي را به هم ربط دهند. از همين حالا مي توانيد نامي براي اين وايت بورد پيدا كنيد. با استفاده از اين روش جديد، كلاس درس در كانون تكنولوژي قرار مي گيرد.

Norooz ceremonies are symbolic representations of two ancient concepts - the End and Rebirth. About 3000 years ago Persian's major religion was Zoroastrianism, named in honor of its founder Zoroaster, and arguably the world's first monotheistic religion. Zoroastrians had a festival called "Farvardgan" which lasted ten days, and took place at the end of the solar year. It appears that this was a festival of sorrow and mourning , signifying the end of life while the festival of Norooz, at the beginning of spring signified rebirth, and was a time of great joy and celebration. Norooz was officially acknowledged and named "Norooz" by mythical Persian emperor, Shah Jamshid, from Achaemenid Dynasty (500 BC).

How to improve your English speaking skills, so that you can communicate more easily and effectively. These tips will help you to become a more confident speaker.

Her lectures in Kuffa, Syria along with that of Imam Sajjad (Pbuh) clarified this point. The problem is not about the battle between good and evil. The tyrannical regime wanted to introduce Imam Hosain (Pbuh) as the one who had risen against the ruling government directed by the Caliph who is appointed as the Holy Prophet’s substitution. These facts were revealed to audience by Hazrat-e Sajjad (Pbuh) and Hazrat-e Zeynab (SA).

Jesus "Christ" is known as the founder or central figure of "Christianity." Christmas is a Christian holiday on December 25 that commemorates the birth of Jesus. Ancient Romans also commemorated Jesus' birth by marking a division of the calendar still in use today. The years before Jesus' birth are marked as B.C. Christmas literally means the Mass (celebration) of Christ. "Christ" is a Greek word and title, meaning "anointed" or one set apart by God for a special purpose. "Christ" is equivalent to the Hebrew word "Messiah." Based on the words of ancient prophets, the first century Jewish people expected the arrival of the Messiah promised by God as a great deliver of the people.

What is the Best Dictionary

Students often ask Teacher Joe which dictionary is the best. In fact, there is not one "best" dictionary. However, Teacher Joe does have a suggestion for all students - use a monolingual dictionary, one that has only English. Using a dictionary with no definitions in your own language is difficult at first, but it has some big advantages that will help you speak English much more clearly.

One advantage is that it will help you to think in English. When you use an English-only dictionary, you will keep your mind only on one language, instead of changing from English to your language, and back to English. The second advantage is that you will learn how to explain words in English. This ability is called paraphrasing which is one of the most useful Conversation Skills in English.

If your spoken English is not so fluent, you can buy a "learner's dictionary". The Oxford Learner's Dictionary, the Longman Learner's Dictionary, and the Cambridge Learner's Dictionary all have easy to understand definitions and excellent example sentences. If your spoken English is already quite good, you can buy any kind of dictionary, as long as it includes many examples. Avoid any dictionary that has simple definitions only!
